LE VEDUTE is the Vermentino that embodies
a sunny and vivacious Tuscany.
Like the views that are visible from Castello di Castagneto Carducci, Le Vedute is a Vermentino that surprises and is memorable. It is made with grapes from Cerreto Guidi, a perfect area for white and rosé wines thanks to the sea breezes and broad temperature range.

HARVEST, WINEMAKING AND AGING
After harvesting in September, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at 16-18°C using selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is halted via reduction to a cold temperature.
tasting notes
Straw yellow in color with golden hues. Hints of apricot, grapefruit, sage and flint, evolving into hydrocarbons and honey with aging. On the palate, savoriness and vivacity combine with a good structure.
Alcohol content: 13.00% Vol.
blending and aging
Storage is maintained at a temperature between 8 and 12°C. The wine then matures in steel until bottling, followed by finetuning in the bottle for at least one month.
