Vibrant and elegant, Sibilla is a rosé
with a BOLD personality.
The heart of the collection is in Bolgheri, where the story of Gaddo was born, a wine with a decisive, convivial and contemporary character. The grapes of the four varieties come from lowland vineyards on Strada Bolgherese, with south-east and north-west exposures.

HARVEST, WINEMAKING AND AGING
To ensure freshness and longevity, the grapes are harvested between late August and early September, before they are fully ripe. After destemming and soft pressing with pneumatic presses, both varieties undergo winemaking without the skins.
TASTING NOTES
The pale, shiny pink introduces a spherical, harmonious bouquet on the nose that is rich in fresh, floral notes of roses. The wine is fresh on the palate, with a satisfying structure and clearly predominant citrus notes. Alcohol content: 12.00% Vol.
BLENDING AND AGING
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, followed by ageing entirely in steel. The wine is then finetuned in the bottle for at least one month.
